Studio Tour
Nestled in a country hollow, on a beautiful mountain over 2400 feet high in the Catskills,  surrounded by an assortment of majestic trees & a babbling brook, sits my studio.  It would be my pleasure to have you join me for a little tour.

The door  to my studio
(in the picture to the left) sits directly above an original one room schoolhouse circa 1797!

Come on in for a visit!

I surround myself with a lot of items that I use for reference & also which inspire me.

The window to the left of my drafting table, faces North, which is excellent for natural lighting.

The top pic (to the left) is the view from that window, facing our pond. The pic directly below that is the view from my front window.  It’s not at all uncommon to see Deer, Raccoons, wild Turkeys or sometimes even Coyotes, Wolves  or Bear here.

It’s a miracle I get anything done,  as the beautiful changing seasons & wildlife keep me in awe.

This is where a lot of my ideas are first sketched out.

Depending on what medium I choose to work in,  will dictate whether  I create the piece on my drafting table or at one of my easels.

I truly love this place & am happy to share my photos with you. I hope you enjoyed visiting!
